How do I make a change to my order?

Your order is finalized once it is submitted and is transferred to our warehouses to be prepared for shipment. Because of this, we cannot change an order after it is submitted. While we can't change your order, there are other options. 

• You can cancel your order if your order was just placed. There is a short timeframe before your order reaches our warehouse for processing. You can cancel your order during that timeframe. Visit our Can I Cancel My Order help article for steps to cancel.

• If you want to add another item to your order, you can place a separate order for that item. 

• If you wanted to remove an item from your order, our return process makes it easier than ever to set up and manage your return from start to finish.
